Returns and exchanges are subject to the discretion of PureRawz.net. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, we will gladly review the issue and may provide an exchange, reshipment, or refund depending on the situation.

Refund requests are reviewed carefully, and the refund process begins only after proper verification of the issue and examination of the full order details.

Our Refund Policy Rules

1. No Standard Returns Accepted

Please note that we generally do not accept returns.

If Shipping Insurance was purchased, we require proof of the damaged or incorrect product. After proper verification, we will process the refund or arrange a reshipment where applicable.

2. Refund Processing

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund process for:

  • The full transaction amount, or
  • The appropriate amount for the affected returned items

Refund approval depends on the evidence provided and compliance with PureRawz Terms & Conditions.

3. Chargebacks Policy

We take chargebacks very seriously.

We kindly request that all customers contact our support team first before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.

In cases where a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, we may take necessary actions to protect our business, including:

  • Restricting future purchases on PureRawz.net
  • Restricting purchases through affiliated vendors
  • Sharing relevant order information with other vendors for fraud prevention

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent claims, scammers, and abuse of our refund system.

NOTE: Refunds will only be initiated if the evidence or reason provided is justifiable under PureRawz Terms & Conditions.

4. Unsatisfied with a Product

PureRawz does not typically accept returns simply because a customer is unsatisfied with a product.

However, if a customer can provide a clear and reasonable explanation for no longer wanting to use the product, we may review the case and provide a full refund where appropriate.

5. Optional Product Returns

Customers may choose to return an item if they wish; however, in most cases, damaged or incorrect products do not need to be physically returned.

If a return is requested:

  • The return window is 7 days from delivery
  • Courier return transit usually takes 10–15 business days

Return approval remains subject to final inspection.

6. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible:

We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests before the package is transferred to the courier.

7. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been collected by the courier, interception cannot be guaranteed.

If you still choose to return the item after shipment:

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items

We take every precaution to ensure secure packaging and safe delivery.

If your items arrive damaged, defective, or in unsatisfactory condition, please notify us immediately so we can review the issue and work toward a fair resolution.

Missing Items

If you discover a missing product in your order, please contact us with the necessary order details and evidence.

After verifying the legitimacy of your claim, we will promptly dispatch the missing item to you.

  • Improper usage of research products
  • Improper handling of compounds
  • Damage caused by poor storage conditions
