Shipping Insurance (Refunds & Reshipments)

To protect your order, we strongly recommend purchasing Shipping Insurance at checkout.

If Shipping Insurance is purchased, we can assist with a refund or reshipment in the event of a lost, delayed, or damaged package.

If Shipping Insurance is not purchased, we cannot provide refunds or reshipments for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Damaged orders
  • Delivery issues after shipment leaves our warehouse
